E3’s Board of Directors include a member who has a Master’s Degree in Economics and who is a registered tax preparer with the California Tax Education Council (CTEC), currently certified as a VITA/TCE Volunteer and actively participated in the 2019 Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program in Orange County, as well as another board member who has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management and over 30 years of non-profit program development and management expertise, including 20 years as a YMCA Director, Senior Center Director, and a local nonprofit Director working with people with disabilities.
